I just closed a loan for a first-time homebuyer last week that included $8500 in down payment assistance.
This borrower applied for an auto loan and received the piece of mail shortly after that you and I put together. In his wildest dreams, this borrower never imagined that he could get qualified for a mortgage.
Nine years ago, this borrower moved out of another state that provided him a very low quality of life to pursue a better life in Minnesota. It was in Minnesota that this borrower was able to get a respectable job selling subscriptions for the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. By working at the MSP Business Journal, this borrower has been able to connect himself with over 5,000 very high profile business people.
